Commentate over movies with people online?

Thing is I won't see him over the summer (don't ask), is there anyway to do it online? Kinda like Skype but watching a video clip instead?

not with one single application that I know of.

Use livestream to broadcast what you or your friend is watching on the screen, and then you can use skype to chat about it either in text or voice. Do this with my friend all the time to watch anime together.

Usually boring unless you've actually prepared decent comments or you're a natural at it.

Also, you kinda have to have the voice for it.
