Starlight Help Sign help!?

Okay each time i log on, or summon a pet the Starlight scepter help sign thingy pops up and its been happening for the past 2 days, so freaking annoying especially if i summon a pet then the starlight thingy pops up and blocks my screen. Does anyone know a fix?

I had the same bug some days ago and doing this wasen't working, It was poping again everytime i summoned a pet on changes channel

But after loging in / out severals times it stoped.
