for training frag, it says to frag rank whatever+ handicraft item.
so, my question is, to be able to fragment a certain handicraft item fairly easily, i should be at the frag rank where it says to frag that item's rank handicraft??
omfgggg i dont know how to word this without sounding confusing.
in other words!!!
ok i want to fragment a wooden board, which is a rank 9 item.
so i have to be rank 7 fragmentation in order to frag wooden boards easily?? since to train frag 7 you must "Successfully decompose anything above Handicraft Rank 9"??
because you know in the lower frag ranks it says to frag a handicraft rank b and up and stuff so technically i can frag wooden boards. my question is what rank do i have to be to efficiently frag wooden boards. xDDDD egad there i finally said it.

well for that rank i just did...
what were they.. i did wooden boards when i had them, but i fragged other things more since i had them more ready
i'd say get r6 just for the bestest chance to frag
unless it's cheap silk, the higher rank is better xD
also r6 lets you frag finest bandages which can come from ballooning so that gives a very easy source of fine fabrics xD
but what i'm saying is, just go on and get r6 frag, since you're so close and it'll help frag wooden boards
also save them for saturdays :\
i wouldn't frag things you want unless it's at the best chance you can get xD
oh i fragged common silk weaving gloves at that rank since they were easy to make and didn't cost TOO much.
oh and also i fragged finest ballista bolts from ballooning prizes to train r9+ handi item requirements for r7 training.
good luck :D

o.o....
Train the necessary skills first. For example, if you have r1 refining, you're almost sure to make iron ingots with a 99% chance. You can use the iron ingots you made for Novice or rF fragmentation requirements.
In the same sense, if you want to get a lot of wood boards to fragment, get r9+ handicraft so you can actually make them
