accurate enchant??

  ok wiki has nothing on it. i've looked in all the seperate rank lists, and also the entire es list.
  sooooo does anyone know what rank it is and if its worth anything?? what equips does it go on??

  I thought I added the redirect onto the wiki, don't you get sent to the Hitting page when searching for Accurate?
