  For the balance, I can suggest a few things.
  
  First, I can tell you that you will never get that 80% balance as a Giant, simply due to low dex. To give you an idea, I'm sitting at 1150 dex with the sniper title, and I barely got to 80 balance on my Knight Lance without enchants when I had 1070-90 dex. You simply won't get there unless you're using some sort of dex talent, and even so, it's not guaranteed that you'll reach there. So you're obviously going to have to resort to enchants/other factors. First thing I can suggest is Sight Champion Thames Armor, and ultimately, Thames set. I don't think the damage difference between Sight and Conceptual is significant enough to justify the 10% balance difference.
  
  Or you can just slap on elegant to your current gloves, or swarming. I'd think swarming is the better option since I assume you can still get more dex.
  
  Or you could get a demonic lance or a bone breaker. Demonic lance if you don't care about 9 piercing, bone breaker lance if you do.

  Ty for the suggestions iron im going to take them into consideration. I'm going to do what i normally do most likely though...wait for more dex skills to come out until i can cap! Which will be....years.... btw sight doesn't seem to bad i mean it's a 4 max difference between that and conceptual (not counting more max by putting on the crappy title) maybe i'll do that XD

  I already told people Elves could break 900 gunner damage a lot of time. The only proofs existed in KR server, but we have one here, yay.
