The difference is 296. Where is that 296 MP coming from? The same calculations can be done on HP/SP.

My conclusion is that a SP/HP/MP catering is used at the very least because I doubt anyone would be using those type enchants to boost that much.

P.S. I'm not attacking k1nsoo nor anyone else. I'm just pointing out that catering was indeed involved here.

764 isn't the capped mana though. It's 1037, and given that he's in magic talent, 1060 is more than a plausible number here.

The similar goes for the other two stats.

The MP given from Magic Talent should be appearing in base, not in yellow. Not to mention you don't get that much HP as Magic Talent nor Stamina.

I think you are missing the point of what Blass is saying.
What he is essentially telling us is that while it is plausible for someone to have that high HP/MP/STAM/STR on magic talent, it is highly questionable to have ALL of them that high at once (when the base stats does not reconcile to its yellow modified stats) without the help of catering.

What the fuck. I'm sitting at 1.8k str + int too (1.15k str + 650 int), I can't even go past 675 mark. And it's not like I have terrible equips either.

Maybe it's because I lack dual gun reforges.

Dowra and no reforge would explain it.
Though honestly, reforge is no big deal for guns other than pretty character screen. Even if it makes you go from like 700 to 800 max, that's just slightly better than an ele 2 vs no ele... and with even higher damage, the lesser effect it has overall. Is an ele 2 worth 14~50m in reforges? probably not.
