"Not a service area"

  My European friend downloaded Mabinogi but got the "not a service area error," so I sent him this link (AnchorFree) and he downloaded and used the program. He was able to connect to the program fine, but Mabinogi still gave him the same error (and even I was able to log onto his account just fine). Help would be greatly appreciated!
  I don't know much of anything about this or what do to at this point

  Hotspot Shield doesn't work anymore :P He should just play Mabi EU or look for another IP changer/proxy

  if he wants to play NA mabi, he needs a good (very rare) sock5 proxy, or a private (premium pay) VPN. he can also ask any american friends to set up VPNs if they know how to. I think AOL also works, but i never got it to work properly.

  Although honestly I'd rather be on the EU servers, by a lot. If you guys want to play together though i can see how this would be a snag. Thus the above quote is your answer.
