I was raised with sex. My parents never minded the naked portraits around the house of strange women, and I never really noticed, nor cared.
Violence disturbs me more.

Nudity and sex are two very different things. Context is also very important here.
For example, some WWII film isn't depicting violence in the same way as a movie about a serial killer. A scene in which someone is sunbathing nude is not the same as a full on intercourse montage.
I think that making such a huge deal out of nudity has a negative impact on us. It makes even the simplest things awkward and increases desire for things like pornography. Random pictures of naked women would likely be somewhat less appealing if it wasn't so taboo in the first place. Naturally it leads to sex being viewed as 'dirty' which makes it nigh impossible for anyone to inherit good habits from earlier generations regarding the matter. In addition, while nudity in and of itself isn't bad...showing our kids irresponsible sexual behaviour is going to come back to bite us if that's the only input they get on the subject.
Violence being so widely accepted doesn't seem to have much negative impact. Much like sex, humans crave conflict. It's especially good if they get to be a hero in said conflict. Whether in battle or in sports, it always feels good to be the MVP. Of course, when the conflict turns from protecting something to destroying something it gets a lot more complicated. Most people are ok with Halo, but that one game where you kill your boss isn't going to get touched by any respectable label.

Oh, that game? When you can stab him with the umbrella? That was a stupid game. ._.
Eh. Kissing is allowed.
Eh. Violence is "huh"ed at.
Eh...that's my life, anyway.

I would have to say that violence is worse then nudity. My mom used to have some African fertility statues or something around and were plenty naked. but violence....
especially something like the saw movies that just downright made me a little sick would be better than we stumbling upon my dads playboy mags.
