Updated Details for 2011 - Plan Ahead (Alot of Info)

  â–  Episode 9 : Song of Destruction
  
  The story continues after Episode 8 where Kaghan and the heroes are branded as heretics and take refuge in Cholhen. There they learn the hidden truth from Nyle [how a npc who is called 'Neveres' in KR is called 'Nyle' in NA, I'll never know] and from Shakal the stories behind the fomors. And from additional information is revealed the truth of what has been going on untill this point.
  
  Episode 9 will present 3 raid battles and additional normal battles. Players will face a variety of new challenges including a nimble beast boss that jumps around between obstacles, 1 on 1 battle done while under 2nd stage transformation, 8-man raid where players will split up into four rooms fighting seperate oponents, and more.
  Episode 9 is planned to be updated during the summer

  â–  Episode 10 : The advent of the Goddess
  The wheels of fate revealed, the quest for paradise is comming to an end.
  Following the clues pointing to paradise, the heroes follow the path where they meet one that is like nothing they ever met before. And from this figure, they learn the truth behind the advent of Erin. Will they be able to reach paradise?
  And thus the first season of Mabinogi Heroes heads toward it's final chapter.
  
  Episode 10 will bring out the long awaited 30-man raid against a dragon. Players will team up together to perform a variety of teamwork like pulling a flying dragon to the ground or preparing defenses against special attacks.

  â– New Guild System
  The guild system will be overhauled and with new joining restrictions there will also be new benefits for members.
  There will be guild storages for gold and items, guild level and skills, and players in guilds will recieve extra experience and rewards from battles.
  
  
  â–  Ranking System
  
  Ranking System
  Players will be able to compete with each other with various statistics like battle clear time, obtained loot, fishing done, crafted items and more.
  There will also be a target rank system to keep track of players that are a little ahead of you on a certain statistic.
  
  (Basically rankings in expertise, skills, dungeon times -fast times and etc)

  â–  New system for obatining skills
  Now players will be able to view information on skills beyond what explained on the skillbooks. The new skill interface will make it easier to rank skills and players will be able to obtain skills once they have the proper requirments. A new feature will be added for active skills to view the skill in action.

  â–  Kalok secondary weapon
  
  A new weapon for Kalok is under development. While keeping the slow and powerful image of Kalok, the new weapon will provide an all new experience to handle.
  Like the other characters, Kalok will be able to equip his secondary weapon once he has the required skills so it will be possible to freely switch between weapons before battle.

  The 5th character has been finalized as the long awaited Kai. Kai will use a bow and performe ranged attacks, giving an brand new battle experience. The development team is currently trying several aproaches on this concept and more details will be revealed in the future.

  â–  Future plans
  
  Episode 9,10 and Kai will be released in order untill this winter. There will also be smaller scale updates in between like new action skills, sub-story updates, battles with monsters that have new attack patterns, and more.

  Up to 30 people can participate in the raid combat systems 'Episode 10' will be released with. Heroes battle with dragons at the same time the first 30 people will be participating in a raid fight this battle in Heroes to provide a neutral server builds upon the specifications for the host PC without the burden of many persons in one room pleasant environment for the fight is fairly easy.

  The fact that the major updates they're planning are for this Fall/Winter means that we're going to finally hit a dry spot in updates for Vindictus. June = Karok (highly likely, imo), July = ep 8, August = ep 8.5, September = ep 9
  
  And that's assuming Karok doesn't come with any content. If he does we'll be up to date with Mabinogi Heroes by September (they'll probably have ep 9.5 or something by September which would be another lone update) at the rate Nexon NA is getting content.
  
  I mean, I like the rate at which we're getting content; it's amazing all things considered. But damn, it feels like we're almost at the end of the game already here in NA. :(

  @Foreign yeah i know. Well they said season so i am just hoping , that they refering to these chapter of events and that another "season" is comming. But at the same time with the outline of episode 10, sounds like it's all comming to an end. GG everyone >.<

  Not necessarily. Seems like the heroes team is going the mabi way but in reverse. Instead of chapters (blocks comprising 1 storyline divided in multiple seasons) they changed it to seasons, instead of seasons they use chapters. Makes sense that way, I honestly doubt Heroes will end at chapter 10.
