Broadband is just another term for high speed internet, in the consumer sense. I'm guessing you meant to say cable. xd But yes, fibre has the highest potential.

Yea cause when i searched for internet service providers around me, they had one that said broadband, then another that offered DSL and Fiber, the fiber is 50 bucks a month though
