Hello, Greg reporting in.:glasses:
So.. i was thinking about Ingkara and how it gets troublesome to fight it when he casts his auto aim bolt atack, and those random Bosses he calls... and i came up with the following, thanks to a friend (and Guildie: lolllipop) who clarified to me that we could actually cast golems in the boss room (I thought we didnt have enough materials).
This will cover 2 main parts: Cornering Ingkara and Minimizing the effects of his annoying auto aim skill.
Cornering Ingkara:
First of all 2 evies cast 1 golem each. 1 gets materials from the left, the other one from the right side of the boss room.
As they form the golems other party members can distract Ingkara via Palala, or casting Mana pistols.
After that its a flash back of the Hidden/Lagho speed runs, Push Ingkara to a corner with Golem's help. His attacks will get blocked by the golem while everyone can go nuke on him. It wont cast the auto aim so often, and the boss summoning will be diminished.
How to prevent everyone to get knocked by the auto aim bolt atack:
The more targets the boss has to atack, the better. To achieve this cast mana pistols all over, Golems, Wisps. It will reduce the chance on getting that bolt near you.
Hope it helps.:awesome:

Not exactly sure what it means by "boss summoning will be diminished".
Also, I usually find I am unable to attack past the Golems as a Fiona (from earlier boats), does Ingkara have a larger hitbox or is this guide mainly aimed towards characters with longer reaches?

@TA: i hate and love the assasin, he is so fun to solo, but annoying as well, our relationship is complicated...
@Invertex: Im not sure if i chose the right words, what i meant is that if on a regular run Ingkara summons 3 or 4 bosses, with this method the most ive seen were 2. I think the close range battle doesnt trigger his summoning as often, i of course would like more input on this by some other players to not make it biased.
And regarding the hitbox, i didnt think about Fionas reach to be honest, but i feel the hit box to be big, never did this with a fellow fiona, it would be nice to test it. Wanna add me and try?

Oh yeah you can actually just use one golem, b/c as I was making my golem someone already had a golem up and pushed him into a corner while 2 lann's and the evie were attacking him; my golem didn't even get the chance to get over there before ingkara was already dead.

Not to pull back a necro thread, but if you attack the boss constantly you loop his attacks past summoning animations, so he won't summon until 2 bars of health if enough damage is going out. Also if you have a fiona they should be the one to more or less just be the tank of the shadow, just attacking and blocking enough to keep it off the evies/lanns of the party. Also if you trap Ingkara against the red door/wall then he will summon the shadow on the other side so the shadow will be stuck outside of the fight. Furthermore, once Ingkara is stuck against a wall if a golem is standing on top of him/in front of him the golem will take all of the bolt attacks, so they won't hit any of the players.

Too bad guides don't count.
But seriously, I don't know why more people don't realize that Roseofblood said is completely true.
