what to do in mabi?!

  arghhh everyone i like on mabi is leaving or just doesn't play much with me. my first best friend on mabi quit a long time ago and then i was in limbo for a long time. now one friend quit because she is going to korea and now another friend, whom i really like very much, wants to quit too. like today since there was nothing to do we decided to go rafting, and then he hardly said a word throughout the whole thing. he said that mabi isnt fun and that he might quit.

  and my husband usually only gets on to kill field bosses. argh~~
  
  what is there to do in mabi that i can do with friends?!? i want us to have fun :c and what can i do to keep my friend from quitting Dx am i hopeless?!

  there's a time I absolutely love Mabinogi and there's other times I feel like going on hiatus.
  But I realize grinding on Shadow Missions, dungeons, and constantly refining life skills
  really ISN'T the way to go!
  And by this I mean, sometimes you have to change up the game and
  "make it your own."
  
  My friends and I don't always enjoy dungeons, nor are we very fond of SM.
  Occasionally we do fun things! This may include:
  ♫ Hide and seek in Emain Macha; better yet, Tara when it comes out!
  ♫ Going out to Iria (places that you aren't at very often, such as those swamp,
  jungle, and savannah areas). My friend and I do something called
  Chief Elephant hunting, and elephants are always fun to fool around with in combat.
  ♫ Just chilling out? Hanging out with friends is pretty awesome,
  although you're not getting any game experience. Time ticks by, and before you know it,
  you wish it weren't over.
  ♫ Constructing fantasy life. This may seem strange, awkward, and not practical.
  Remember when Mabinogi had those trailers with people fishing, having 'adventures' with their trusty steeds, hanging out with friends, and exploring the vast continent?
  Even I do that sometimes; I expand my horizons. And, receive a lot of fun in the process!
  ♫ PVP at the Taillteann farms. For me, I set my damage rates to 0% and my friends and I run around the farm trying to kill one another. It's oblivious, and funny at the same time!
  ♫ Just have fun! You need to find new ways of enjoying Mabinogi to refresh your experiences, otherwise Mabi's just gonna get old.
  
  It's never fun to watch as your friends quit a game!
  So make sure you do your best to keep them (:

  I just talk to people, if they aren't on then I'll work on some life skills and then get off. I kind of feel the same way and I don't play as much as I did before because my best friends have quit the game.

  Talking to people is fun. Like random people. Sometimes, near a dungeon or the SM altar, I'll put up a party and name it "Ku Klux Klan" or "National Association for the Advancement of Colored People" and instigate a huge debate among the clueless people.
  
  Also, sometimes I'll follow someone for a while and then when they stop and ask why I'm following them (or give that stupid "o-o" face), I'll ask if their title is actually true. For instance, "Are you REALLY all-knowing?"/"Are you REALLY a fire arrow?"/etc. It leads to interesting conversation.

  I use to try to make new friends or bother random people. I remember when I had an annoying music bottle, I go up to random people and play it around them or I just stand next to someone like a creep.

  Spend all of your money on random impulsive things, and by the time you finish you realize you bought alot of cool SH~T and you don't want that to go to waste.

  i guess we need a break from everyday sm's and field boss hunting. they are boredom.
