  the pic still loads on its entirety, thus that is rather useless when you don't want to load over 9000kbs just on people signatures. Either you see or you don't, I want to see people sigs but not signatures bigger than my screen resolution which will only end up getting cutted off/resized because the site scripts

  Then report the sigs if they're too big as was mentioned before. Anything unreasonable gets removed.
