  The chance of Chise causing problems is extremely high. Take the shopping board addon for Nation for example. While everyone thinks its an awesome feature, the truth is: every time you use it, Chise gets 1k of your gold transfered to his bank account, and there's no server boundaries.   Not the first time I fell victim to it... or the second... And I'm sure this one won't be the last! I may not be the best at handling curses, but I'll be damned if a curse will be the end of me! This curse is my eternal rival... just like gravity... and inanimate objects...
  
  But thank you all for understanding my stepping down, as well as no one asking me the exact reasons that I'm stepping down, and hopefully, I can get out of this funk and have the ambition to be admin again. But for now, you'll just have to deal with my being a normal member, following the normal rules, and yadda yadda...
