I figured it looks nice. How much is it worth, and what are people willing to trade for it? Is it possible to get it in that color? Also, what are the boots in that picture?

I'd consider trading my knight wing plate armor if I was sure I didn't need it anymore and if it was worth as much or more than double-ring mail.

Wing plate is probably worth less then the double- ring mail. The repair costs are 7.8k a point, and only at fleta.
You can find one on housing for 100k.

Boots look like plate boots...

Just plate boots? Ok, then. They're about 31k when from an NPC.
