does mabi have the power to make your internet dc??
i don't know if it's my crappy service or if mabi is causing it.

If someone is stealing your internet connection, they have a chance of disconnecting you. Also, if you change MTU your connection may not work sometimes.
It could just be your microwave though. Never heard of Mabinogi disconnecting internet.

My microwave makes me dc D: but I think when someone else is using the same router and it cant handle it anymore it disconnects everyone for a few seconds

i called verizon fios and they came to fix it~ i have high speed dsl. i asked him if a game server has the power to d/c an internet connection and he didnt think so. he said that the lines outside were having a lot of noise, and the way dsl works is really picky, like if there's even a slight noise it will stop working / dc. he fixed that problem so now i dont experience that same kind of dc'ing as before at all. you should call your internet company and ask for them to fix the lines. this is just a guess but im guessing mabi playing makes the dsl more sensitive to the sounds?? or someting , thats why it keeps dc'ing. or something.... ã…‹.ã…‹ <.< >,> <.>

My XBOX Live has the uncanny power of making my MODEM stop working.

I used to have the constant disconnect problem as well until I got a new modem.

I've never had a major disconnection problem, but sometimes i get lag spikes or slow internet.
When my internet gets really slow (and not because i have gone over my data limit, which is 130GB o-o) i just switch off my modem at the powerpoint, leave it for 30 seconds, switch back on, re-connect. It's an old trick but it usually works :D (only when your internet is slow. Idk about dcing)
