Right then, I noticed it wasn't just here, nor with YouTube

The letters are a blur of symbols and the color blue, except when I saw an embedded YouTube video.
I have yet to see if this is occurring in other areas.
I have no idea why it is like this; all I can think of is that I recently tried to install Rosetta Stone onto my laptop
Does anyone have an idea on why this is happening :what:
