I assume you don't own a tablet, that makes it harder to draw with pc. Maybe try with coloured pencils first?

From what I've seen, she's somewhat of a rude girl, for lack of a better one-adjective-description.
And these don't look too bad! I like the dragon one--would make a nice tattoo.
