That black fish looks a little weird, and I don't like how the jellyfish's tentacles are all...lumpy-ish...and there's a speck that is driving me NUTS. D:
But aesthetics aside, it is pretty neat! :) What's the shadow supposed to be? A BUTT, PERHAPS!?

I think that's more from stippling the brush, but idk xD
I like it! The prespective is great, and looking at the surface from underwater is always awesome :D

Yeah, I realize it was the brush, but I would've liked it a bit more without that effect.
Their tentacles are long, thin, and smooth. But it goes with the way the entire thing is done, so whatevs. I still like it. :D

I like the effect you did on the jellyfish's tentacles.
It makes them have somewhat of an illusionary effect, like when you see objects immersed in slightly waving water.
