Okay.
So I tested using another computer on my network, and it gave me the same DNS error. Would test with my smartphone, except it's out of batteries, but as of right now it seems it really is a problem with OpenDNS redirecting inappropriately. I'll do the settings changes and let you know what happened.
EDIT: network admin confesses ignorance of even using OpenDNS. This has to be a router issue; how could all computers on my network have the same redirect problem otherwise? However, I don't have enough router chops to handle this problem. Forwarding to admin.

I was able to fix this by going into My Computer > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > DNS Client, going into DNS Client's properties, Disabling it, then turning it off via the option. Not a good solution in the long run, but it works until they can fix it. You need to Restart your computer to make it work.

Tried and done nothing.

Marino, are you using a computer linked up to a home or work network through a router? If so, I think the problem lies in the router configuration, and fixing things on your own computer won't do any good. Do you have access to someone who can change or reset your router's settings for you?

Anyone who is having this problem should look for the addresses 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 someplace labelled "preferred DNS" or "static DNS".
It's either on your computer or on your router.
removing these should resolve the problem.
edit: I apologize if this was covered in all those links. but I wasnt reading through those to find out.

Did anone found a way to fix that ? I tried disabling the client, restarted my router and tried that OpenDNS thing and nothing change still have the same error for any nexon.net domains.
Edit: I have an automatic DNS setup, only had the problem today and not before I don't see 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 anywhere. For the router I can't really change anything without knowing how it work if I change and I scrap all the connection on the computer I'm in trouble, I don't really have access to anyone except maybe just my internet company. I have a home router it's a D-Link DIR 601.
Edit 2: I never had that problem since today didn't touch anything that could change the DNS, so how did my router setting changed overnight ? I don't know but I never touched my router settings.

I guess now I can only hope to be self fixed since I can't do anything about it without broking my router and scrapping my internet connection for everyone*.

It's not the router. A computer on my network that had (might still have) openDNS can't get on while I can.
To fix it, we did Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Local Area Connection > Properties > TCP/IPV4 > Properties > Obtain DNS Automatically
