  You point out all her flaws, every time she is annoying, bash her when she's annoying and appear to be completely calm while doing it.
  When she talks about 'being cool' tell her 'cool cannot be self proclaimed but instead only observed in other people' or just ask her if shes seven :P

  Actually, in English the teacher got sick of them and moved both girls and their friends to the back of the classroom.
  She then moved everyone who was interested at learning to the front of the classroom.
  She told the girls they could talk quietly is they didn't distract anyone else.
  They can talk. They have their friends. Everything they want. So what happens?
  Suddenly they decide they like everyone up the front and get out of their seats, walk up the front and talk to them at every opportunity.

  That sounds just like my English class. There's this girl who yells out off topic, stupid-ass information that is unnecessary and annoying. Worst of all, she always copies my jokes, making me look like I'm on "her side."

  Oh lord, we have tons of those at our school. Some boys do the same thing. In Biology, there was this football player who asked the teacher while he was lecturing what happens when you get hit by a lightning bolt... What. He disrupts the class with those kinds of questions, and ends up making the teacher rush the class to finish something all because of him. How I wish to be in a school that's actually interested in learning and not hanging out with friends and wasting your future lives away. Don't worry, you'll be the one on the top level of the food chain, while they're struggling on the bottom just to survive due to the wasted life they lived in high school with bad grades so they couldn't get into college for better job opportunities.
