The only change I'm excited about/really care about is the ability to change my Email. I've been wanting to do that for quite some time.
I have two other alt accounts that need to have a more convenient email address as well. So all of this is superb news. I wonder if I can have them all be the same email account/facebook account *ponders*

looks like they're following the "modern and sleek website" bandwagon.
i like it.

Ya their websites were due for a massive overhaul. They've been using the same design since I started in 2006. Hopefully it will be more useable. I wonder if they do User Usability tests over at Nexon :what:

most likely not.
also on the note of having the same email, didn't somebody post saying adding a . in the email automatically redirected to the same gmail?
i'm not sure if that's what they meant or not...

Does the dot have to be in any particular place in the non-domain portion? I should test this out with my yahoo mail account, brb.
Oh my! It worked! Well then, this will come in handy. +rep for you.

as i recall, it can be anywhere in the username part.

with gmail you can do a period anywhere in the username, and you cal also add a a "+text" after the username and before the @.
For example

Then you can create filters based on who the email was sent to and decide what to do to it.
If you use google apps on your own domain you can even just set the default email address for the domain for when an email doesn't exist, this way you can have
and it goes to your main inbox. You can also add alias domains to also go to your inbox.
my osayidan.net email address can receive mail from about 5 domains and probably has a few hundred non-existant email addresses used to sign up on websites or to give out to people, and they all go to one inbox, and then I apply filters and labels. It's ridiculously convenient.

This is why Gmail is the God of All Emails. I'll have to see how I can setup a domain on mine. I know I have a company gmail account but I'm part of that domain and can't do anything with that. Atm, having all my emails forward to that which isn't very convenient admittingly. I really should separate those

Looking at what they've mentioned that much is guaranteed.
We'll also be able to set Recovery Questions and are removing the last name and DOB method.
However, due to all of this. You best be setting those Recovery Questions so that somebody doesn't grab your account info.
Then again, I think Nexon might actually require us to login to change our info now which would be a very smart move compared to before where all you needed was their DOB and Last Name to reset their password at which point you can just try random letter and numbers till you get in.

I hope I'm able to change my settings without knowing my birthday. I don't remember what was entered...

Hm....that's a good question. Looking at the wording it seems like you would need to setup the recovery questions and/or facebook connection process before those would replace the DOB and Last Name Security Measure.

I've actually got a
set up. I have a hundred more free accounts I can set up to @wafflesoft.com
Pretty awesome.
