When you look at the careers page of the nexon site, they require lots of experience and good degrees.
Is it all a bunch of BS? I don't have any of their requirements and I can probably do better than they are after a couple days of on-the-job education.
Their IT has almost no experience, and a degree means crap.
Starting mid-june, I'll have to do interviews for ~20-30 different potential interns, most of which are either grads, or working on post-grad degrees... Most of them know absolutely nothing, nor do they really have experience in a real life situation.
Oh how I wish I could find some hacker turned security guru as an intern, and not some idiot that thinks Norton or half the other crap is good.
True i bet I can do better at their job and I'm only 16.
I knew more about security @ 12 than Nexon's team knows right now.
