This might be disgusting for some of you, but I have some acne on my back. You know where you guys normally have it.. on your forehead or somewhere? I have a little on my head and the majority on my back.
Yeah, I could say I could be going through puberty, but i've had ti for 1 and a half years. It's a pain to have it.
The sad part is that yesterday, it was bleeding horribly. Today, my mom came up and asked me why there were stains on my shirt. I didn't know. After I went to shower, and came out, I took a look at the shirt. Stains.. of blood.
Any way to kill this? >.>
The new shirt I just wore today, also pure white has been infested with blood >>

Go to your doctor and get prescribed an acne cream.

You could always just go to a pharmacy and grab whatever non-prescription cream that might work but going to the doctor is the most efficient way to solve this.

I think a lot of people get acne on their back. Don't feel bad about it-- puberty likes to be an ass 99% of the time.
But just wash it and get some acne medication and you'll be good. :)

You could do what he said, or try looking up some home remedies

Easiest way would be to sleep in very clean clothes with a shower in the morning and at night. Not as fast, but it's effective. Might by pricy on the water bill though, depending how long you shower.

Washing machine + detergent will suffice. I'm not sure exactly how you're supposed to go at handwashing.

Honestly, there are just some things that are better to just stop being so much of a wuss about. Your health is one of them.
And yeah, the title did disgust me quite a bit.
I never had acne problems myself, though I did google it:
Hey, u can try proactive i bought mine at a booth in the mall, i got the 100.20 box, i tried it faithfully, and to tell u the truth it worked a little but i would still get bad breakouts on my face just as if i hadnt tried it, so i stopped using after 5 months they say try it for 6mths but i didnt. I would make sure my pillow case was clean, wash my hair evryday, make sure i didnt put my hands in my face too, it didnt change a thing, and i am so gla u asked me because 2mths ago i got feed up i tried evrything from Neutrogena, ProAct, Clerasil, Phisoderm, etc My friend told me to go to Walmart on the face isle they have this soap by Simply Basic it only costs $2.00. When i mean my face is clear it is clear, i only get a breakout before that time of the month but its only abt 2 pimples compared to like 30 that i use to have, use it in the morning and nite, use cool water not cold, keep your hands out of your face, keep your hair clean and everything too, and pillow cases clean. How abt the weekend before last 2 guys said i had beutiful skin.and i didnt have on makeup Oh and write me back too and let me know what happened And if u wear makeup write me back soon and tell me what is is first. TAlk to ya later!
I don't know if that will be helpful or not.

wash properly.
I never get zits, but when I do it's like 1 and it's gone within a day or 2
puberty isn't a process that lasts a few months and then you're done, most of your teenage years/early adult hood you'll struggle with it
btw proactive is a life saver for my sister

Shower frequently and moisturize dry areas that emerge (MOISTURIZER, NOT LOTION). If you're eating greasy/fatty foods, stop.
Also, suck it up and go to the doctors if you really think it's that bad. I have no sympathy for people who complain about things which are completely in their control to fix. :/
