about enchant bridging and longa golems

two questions for you guys

1. can a prefix bridge a suffix? for example, can rA prefix color bridge r9 suffix golem?

2. does poison deal normal dmg against gem golems in longa (emerald, amethyst, topaz)? or is it negated by their 100% protection.

i appreciate the link, but ive already looked around the wiki. Im looking for clarification, as the wiki page isnt very specific about the mechanics of poison.

anyway -- #1. no, both enchants have to be of the same type to successfully bridge. get your hands on a thief enchant for an rA suffix. :D

#2. MM does damage over time so i'd imagine poison is the same, but i'm not actually sure on this. anyone else confirm?

Don't waste the Thief D:
Use Healer instead!

Poison does NOT work. While I haven't tested it myself, I assume they're like Arch Lich (all attacks negated to 1 except (special arrow/mob explosion), immune to poison, but not immune to mirrage)
However, Barrier Spikes and the actual draining part Life Drain do work. That's how I clear my Longa runs since I haven't ranked range skills.

just said thief because it seems to be a lot more plentiful than healer (on alexina, at least) -- and i wasn't aware about the poison immunity, thanks for confirming. :3

poison is most effective against hard mode shadow (non-mainstream) monsters. it takes away a fixed percent of the remaining hp. the more the hp, the more effective the poison is. On hm bosses it can do 1~3500 dmg every 5 seconds.

see this for example:

on the adv monster it's doing 1~1700 dmg every 5 seconds.

on humans (with ~200 hp) it usually it does 1~30 dmg, regardless of pvp prot%.
