Who's that pokemon? [[WEEK 1 **DONE**]]

  I saw this event on another forum so I decided to bring it here
  
  The object is simple, to guess the right pokemon.
  
  Notes:
  - These are from dream world pokemon images
  - I do not expect you to see this and automatically know what it is, research is key.
  - This is a month long event meaning there will be 4 weeks I will post the answer and start the next week's puzzle every sunday until July 17th
  -The first 5 people to guess correctly get an exclusive prize
  
  Rules:
  -PM ME YOUR GUESS, I can't stress this enough do not post what you think it is, what it looks, hints, or sarcastic/joke guesses

  -You can only guess once per week so make sure you're as sure as you can be

  Go play the gen 5 game and be blown away by how far pokemon has come. I never played any past gen 1 because its
  "The same game with more pokemon designs that are always worse than the generation before it" but gen 5 was really impressive overall.
