[Karok] Armor restrictions?

So I've noticed that Ferghus doesn't give me the choice to craft Northern Pike armor, so I'm assuming that I can't wear that.
Are there any other armors that are restricted from Karok, like the Blood Prince set, Laghodessa Slayer set, or even the Royal Cadet Heavy set?
It just seems a waste the Karok has a very high weight endurance, yet can't wear heavy armors at early levels. I'm slightly worried about my future armor choices.:T_T:

blood prince set, heavy red tyrant set and royal cadet heavy set is available for karok.
unfortunately spider / laghodessa set isnt (wish I knew b4 i bought them :/ )

This. Basically you'll probably be using either the Blood Prince, or the Light Melca set til you can get the Royal Cadet Uniform. Unless you want to use War Edge, which would be purely for looks, since both Blood Prince and Light Melca has better stats.
