Afk's Note
:Hi:
*premade characters in test server are lv 61 and get 3+ lv56 armors and 10+ ivory weapons and no title. so they only have around 1k hp.
but we get infinite cash items so we can just zombie mode a boss :P
*oh yeah, there is sound. I was configuring the sound recording in a new place and it came out realy low.
Vindictus]Mabinogi Heroes : Test Server EP9, Shakal
A 1:1 daily raid like Succubus. The fight starts with your character transformed to 2nd stage automatically, I'm still not sure as to what happens if your character doesn't have access to 2nd stage yet.
Although I unintentionaly did the break off, I can't tell where it is. Probally his right arm or shoulder.
Vindictus]Mabinogi Heroes : Test Server EP9, Controlled Blackhammer

He basically has 3 phases; the first one is almost the same as his EP6 version, then he changes to twin hammer, and then bare fist.
You can fall down the ledge where there's a bunch of spiders you have to kill and get up. The teleporter up is bugged on the test server except for the party leader. lucky me, the other person that fell down was stuck there till the end of the fight.
Vindictus]Mabinogi Heroes : Test Server EP9, Colru

Final Boss of EP9. The map starts with the party on a platform with four torches [which you can see on the right at the start of the vid]. The platform is underground and does not rise up if there aren't 8 party members.
With a full party, the platform rises and the party members split up into four groups and enter each room with two switch tiles. Once each tile is ocupied the mid-boss battle starts. Each four golem has different attack patterns.
Once the mid-bosses are taken down, the real battle starts.
Colu has his own unique patterns along with the patterns of the four golems. I really haven't researched surviving here because I'm practically one-shoted by everything with my 1k health and 5k defense. And then the goddess grace gives me a couple seconds of immunity which also gets in the way of learning.
Though I have been able to find out that
-There are two catapults which can be loaded with pieces of the boulders he throws. Each catapult can be loaded with two rounds which is fired to stun Colu. The trajectory of the catapults seems to be bugged at the moment
-His big black projectile attack ignores all kinds defense [hs amber etc]. The only way to survive is to hit a switch on either side of the map and hide behind the wall that pops up.
-The four torches in the middle can revive dead party members and recharges slowly.
-His fire aura attack thingy is a normal hit
People are saying that Colru is the boss that unlocks the new gears but whether inteded or not the battle doesn't complete even after killing him.
Vindictus]Mabinogi Heroes : Test Server EP9, Lynotos

This certainly is the battle I enjoyed the most out of all the EP9 battles.
The map consists of three floors and sticky bombs are regened throughout the first and second floor. The Lynotos can be dribbled like Red Spider by hitting him from the back, with the sticky bombs, and magic arrow. Whether by being pushed or jumping into the ledge, Lynotos scrambles on the brink providing precious DPS time. If he's pushed off the ledge, he falls and gets stunned.
Beraphim is also present, riding on the back of Lynotos and shooting black projectiles. But you can break Beraphim's staff with a sticky bomb and he won't attack after the staff break-off.
People found out that with carfull co ordination, Lynotos can be dribbled into a corner to be DPS'd indefinetely [especially done well by *gasp* spear lanns]. Somthing I hope they fix before EP9 goes live.
A very fun fight that requires coordination but not to the extent of requiring micromanaging and being irritating.
