Constant Delayed Response From Server?

No matter what sever; East or West, this happens. Whenever I don't touch the game in Windowed Mode for a while, I get moved to the channel "New Ch." in the corner whereas every player disappears and I only see my own character.

I do live in Canada, and in the playable area to the west. I did select west server, but it happens on both servers nevertheless.

Which pretty much is this...In the top right corner. The New Ch. ends up there when I get automatically moved. Even changing channels constantly to prevent auto-warping to New Ch. does not work.
Eventually, I still end up freezing then being brought back to the main menu.

I can only run around so much before I get disconnected from the server. I keep getting this message when I disconnect from the server, then get booted to the Main Menu.

Like touching anything after a while, such as entering building, deciding to Train a skill, or exiting the avatar shop even.

And after a few continuous disconnection, I ended up getting an error which occurred after it automatically closed Vindictus.

And this is what happens in dungeons...Before I disconnect. My screen first freezes up for a while, then leads me to this black screen and gives me this message afterwards.
I am then disconnected from the game and then re-directed to the main menu again, so I have to re-log in again.

Doesn't seem like my Internet, because when I check the connections, it never said it was disconnected in any way.
My Internet browser's speed was also fine, so it doesn't seem like it would be.

I've already tried an un-installation on the game, the result was the same, so I'm not really sure if it's the servers itself, or my Internet causing the problem.
Already tried a modem reset, and that didn't solve it either.

This also started happening when the game had its tokens removed, never before; such as during Closed Beta and Open Beta and afterwards.

I have a similar problem with the disconnections, I am always getting the response from the server delayed thing. If i go afk for like, 1 minute, i WILL get disconnected, it also happens in missions, its VERY annoying and i have yet to find a solution. And YES i live in the US :)

Found this solution from the Nexon forums if it works for anyone. Didn't work for me though after trying all of these.

1) Close any extra applications before starting the game as they may interfere with our game clients. If you do not feel comfortable turning off your firewall or antivirus, we suggest configuring them appropriately to allow the game client to run.

2) Run a Virus/Spyware scan on your system to make sure that it is clean. Malicious programs can interfere with the game and compromise the security of your account.

3) Please make sure that you have DirectX 9.0c or better and that your video card drivers are up to date. More information about DirectX can be found in the link provided above.

4) For nVidia video card drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
For ATI video card drivers: http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

5) Please make sure that Windows is configured to allow the execution of the game client. To verify this, click on your Start menu, Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance (if applicable) and then double click on System. Select the Advanced tab and click settings in the performance section. Once there, select the Data Execution Prevention tab and make sure that the game client is added if the second option is selected. Also make sure to click Apply and Ok if you make any changes.

6) If all of the above solutions do not resolve the issue, I suggest that you re-download the game client and then reinstall it. For best results, I recommend that you delete the folder the game is in and any other related files or icons before you reinstall the game. You can download the game client from the link provided above.

7) If you have Windows Vista / Windows 7, right click on your Vindictus icon located in the Vindictus folder (not the desktop shortcut) and select properties. Once in the properties, click on the compatibility tab, check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:", select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down menu and click Apply. For best results, make sure to log on your computer as an administrator.

I and my friends have had trouble logging in lately. Many errors before finally connecting. Even when connected, I can sit in the inn for long periods of time without getting disconnected, but as soon as I exit, the game boots me.

I find that changing to a less populated channel after logging in, before leaving the inn, seems to reduce the chances of getting booted. Not sure if that actually works, but give it a try I guess.

It moves me to a "New ch." which everyone disappeared and I can only see my own character. Manually changing channels or entering a building the near the time it occurs auto-changes my channel, to something not New ch, which prevent d/cing for a while in town. Manually changing the channel sometimes works too, but most of the time it'll give me an error message that the "response from server delayed" and disconnect me.

In dungeons, it occurs as my character freezing in the middle of it, while I can still hear the BGM and all. Occurs even when I'm soloing Boats, or partied with others.

Less populated channel makes no difference for me. ><

Also already tried running CMD and doing a DNS cache clear, and for the solutions quoted...Number 7, running it in compatibility mode with whichever OS still makes it disconnect. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium.
It worked fine on Windows XP on my previous OS, until I upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium.

Edit: Still having the issue even when Vind was patched last night.

For one, the first link seems to broken, dunno if it works for anyone else though. It just isn't there. I don't get why Maple story and Combat Arms are involved with the solution, because I have never played those games from Nexon before.

The Maplestory link, isn't really for Vindictus, so...What?

Even after maintenance for 2 weeks, the issue still persists.
