Imo, you should just toss the fomor token and youth potion. They're not that rare unless you're, I dunno, ranking blacksmith or tailoring or something. The sewing pattern you could buy for 30k from a NPC.
You could use or sell the elementals for 1~2k each, and the dittes wand can fetch a bit. Think you should keep anything glowing, people buy those.

Shadow Hunter is epic with the +10 max.
Thief is worth a bit as a burnable. Ice Mine depends on Rank. Clay Flue = idk
