Is Anyone Having Problems Logging In?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. The content is provided as-is, from the moment of the last backup taken of the database in 2019. Image and video embeds are disabled on purpose and represented textually since most of those links are dead.

For some reason, whenever I select my character to log in, I get an error.

I mean, I can go to the character screen and enter, but as soon as the words "Welcome to Erinn" appear after the loading screen, I get an error.

I can log in my alts just fine.

Apparently some rumors flying around that Royal Alchemist are experiencing this?

Ah, thanks for clearing it up then.

I wonder what it is that makes my main character not being able to log in but my alts can.

I think it just activates at random moments. I can't walk around dunbarton long before I get a crash. Kinda annoying. Welp, back to EE while I wait for Nexon to fix what they messed up.

I'm not an RA, and I crash once I get past the loading screen. I can hear rain, no visual yet....and then the crash.

I crashed at first after the loading screen, but after I removed some of my mods, it loaded fine.

That's the thing, I don't have any mods, so I am curious.

I am a Royal Alchemist also and I have having problems logging in. Pretty much if I do anything besides standing around I crash. I crash when I talk to NPCs, summon a pet, press the button menu, etc. The only way I can get the rest of my Royal Alchemist points for the week now is standing around. At least for some reason I can still enter my homestead...

And yes I have no mods.

The funny part is, I can go to the Soul Stream with no problems... walk around it with my character, however when I enter the "world of Erinn" I d/c.

I don't have any red stone upgrade weapons.

And yeah, I can't log in normally, but when I go through the rebirth button on the log in screen and exit, I can enter the game, but I still can't do things like talk to NPCs and summon pets. I can zone SOMETIMES but not always.
