You do realize that our enemies could just warp through out defenses with a device like that?!
We can't keep the Furher safe with a device like that around.

As far as I'm aware, you need to be able to see the intended location and fire it at said location and as I can't see Central anywhere in sight, I highly doubt that Portal device would do us much good. Aren't you a Goddess or something anyways?
