Solo Hidden, Hard, Less then 3 players Oath or Macha.
If you rush, you should get done in under 2 minutes. Hidden, Hard, < 3 players, solo gives 89k EXP.

It's sort of sad that a Lv. 41 Raid is the most efficient EXP source.
