So I have a new ISP called Optimum, they installed the program (Digido) which allows me to manage the router on my laptop. However, next I connected my desktop to the router with an ethernet cable and set up a new network; after that the laptop could not connect via wireless due to the cause of me entering the password wrong (Which was the factory password), I tried the factory password under the router and it did not help, I tried installing the Digido program on my PC (to get the wireless password), but when I try to run it, no windows appear but a taskbar icon shows.

Try going to 192.168.1.1 in a browser. The default password to access it should be admin with no username, and from there you should be able to reset the router.
And hurhur I have Optimum too ;D

Tried, the router still won't let the laptop connect with factory password.
Also, I have an old PC that does not have an ethernet input, but does have a phone jack input, but since the router does not accept the phone jack, how am I suppose to connect the PC with the router?
Do you so happen to know if the factory password is a WEP or a WPA2?
EDIT: NVM, Fixed the wireless thing somehow. o_o
