  At most, the only thing I'd see ever being added, that wouldn't work as counter productive, would be a NSFW section, with very strict rules, and requirement of specific privileges (Can be done through the promotion system, or using a mod I can pass on to Osay).
  
  With minor customization you can force it so [img] does not work in the said forum, but allowing things to be linked and opened in Lightbox (The AJAX used for attached images on vBulletin), which would make it less conspicous.
