Texture Setting doesn't give me the actually correct texture setting.

  Topic title is kind of confusing, but basically, when I start up Vindictus, if the game is set to High in Texture settings, it doesn't always give me High-quality textures. Instead it'll give me Medium-quality, and when I go to check the setting in the options menus, it'll say it's on High. When I want to fix this I have to set it to Medium, hit OK, then Apply, then switch it back to High and hit OK.
  
  It's really annoying. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I already reinstalled the game once and that didn't solve it.
