So I put in my account information into the client, says "Invalid ID or Password". I go to the Nexon website and put in same information and it gives me two emails asking for password reset and account verification. Both link me to the same place and I attempt to change password and it gives me the following:
"There has been an error with the service. Please try reloading the page." -Nexon
I refresh the page, insert my new password and it says "account verification link unverified". The thing is, my password is changed and I can access my account using the new password on the Nexon SITE, but I can't access my account via client.
I've tried using my email address as the username, but to no avail.

reminds me of how stupid the gm's are with recovering accounts... I couldnt access my base account... because of an email problem... and they wanted me to LOGIN.. to that account that I CANT ACCESS and Submit a ticket with THE ACCOUNT THATS LOST.... and they warned me if i didn't that they would do something to my account and a possible ban?.... pfff nexon can go f themselves ^^

Nexon isn't that reliable themselves.
Even if they send back a response that says: "It's your responsibility to remember your info."
