lol, good way to prevent people that made lots of Karoks to flood the market with dye. i find this middle finger towards the players kinda funny. good thing i actually intended to keep my Karok :D

if you think about it though and got to 20 u got the unbinding potions so you could trade your armor over to your karok... dye it... (if it binds on dye) Unbind it with a potion and send it back? that could work?

Only of the armor can be equiped by Karok, and where would the unbinding potions come in to play? o.o

The dyes are for Karok, simple as that. So yes, they should be bound to you and therefore untradeable...even within the account.
