  I got owned a while ago in peaca, I think it was int. I can't recall who the perp was who hit me, but I didn't have time to chain wm to smash (redown). I wasn't lagging, I didn't draw ping, and I was kind of far from being able to fire the wm (~200 ms?). I don't have any proof beyond my word, but I'm convinced that wm only follows if the ai allows you to.

  Sometimes down attack downs them instead of redown for me.
