Supply Depot In-Game Shows Nexon Site

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. Whenever I click the NX Depot button, the window pops up, but inside the window is Nexon's website with scrollbars on the right and bottom. This has been happening for a while now. It worked fine before the site redesign. Does anyone know a fix to this? I've asked guildies and it doesn't happen to any of them. When I take a screenshot in-game, it doesn't show the site and just shows a blank box. Puush will work though. I'll do it tomorrow when my laptop isn't overheated. Thank you for your time.

SECOND EDIT :: It works fine on my Lann, Fiona, and Karok. This only happens on my Evie.

THIRD EDIT :: Tried on different computer and the same thing happens.

I have the same issue. I tried reinstalling as well as using an older installation (which I don't think made any difference since the game updates itself once I launch it anyways). Didn't work :(

I'm using Lann and I tried accessing the depot on Karok and Fiona as well and I have the issue for all of them.

The only thing I can purchase now are avatar items in the avatar menu. Nothing can be purchased from the supply depot at all :(

If anyone can help resolve this, many would be much obliged I'm sure.

Edit: I tried using another account on another server (West instead of East) and that works. However when I logged back into my normal account and went back into East server. The issue was still there.

same thing happen to me...wow this issue is very very old. they should fix it immediately. i bought 20k nx and i cant use it on my character, it is inexcusable that they dont resolve this issue or even pay any attention to it.

Yes, this is a known issue. I've seen people complain about this on the official forums for a very long time.
