Yes, this.
Was the title a typo? If you meant internet content bill, which one are you talking about? There's more than just one.

I am more worried about youtube. If this bill gets pass, it will pretty much obliterate all LPs and I like to see games before I buy them :(

Not retards just old people... lot of old people don't get the importance of internet in this day and age.
Either that or US is intentionally trying to block media freedom because internet information is running amock, with this bill they can now using copy rights as a cover to stop some information from reaching the general public.

There's been like, 15 serious ones this year already.
He probably means Ten Strikes though.

No more Portal vids on YouTube? QQ But I like the guides that teach you how to get the Easter Eggs and Ratman dens. I hope this doesn't pass. I bet it's just a scheme to get us out of the recession faster or make bozos' fat wallets even fatter. An about anime.I'm currently unable to watch Hetalia World Series eng dubbed because it's not out yet,and I like to watch the series with subs.
They have to find better things to do then troll innocent uploaders. And what about manga? You can read it online without having to borrow it.

It's proclaimed Official as Internet Bill S-978
either way Minecraft will be safe as Notch Approves and said he would probably add a clause to his ToS (Terms of Service) that allows for uploads on youtube.
The problem therin lies with bigger companies like Blizzard, and EA. they don't have the resources to take EVERYONES emails and requests to upload videos... and such as that... It will be a big pain in the butt as a qoute from the vid i posted
(also in the OP post) the guy says that gaming companies like us uploaders and rp's and lets plays because people watch those and it's essentially free and powerful advertising.

What's their motivation even? I don't get it.
Maybe it's to block unwelcome reviews of their ****ty games. I mean, that's the only version that does even make remote sense. Maybe you could try and bring this before the courts for violating anti-trust laws?

Basically, this proves the men working hard to make laws actually don't know what they're making laws for.
This isn't just for youtube videos, mind you. This applies to all intellectual properties as well. Pictures, registered/trademarked phrases, concepts, ideas, etc.
Its impossible to regulate, and the only thing we'll get from all this is even more youtube videos being taken down and flagged for absolutely no reason.
