Do any remaining quests you have and just duo or solo BP/the highest level mission you have.

You won't be able to finish the ulchas memorial day quest since the last mission in the chain is where the legend sleeps, which requires level 40. Feel free to do the missions up until that for exp though. At that point, I was doing solo HM SoM Blood prince on my fiona, which gives about 50k / 10 minutes

I personally did Ulcha's Relic til around 40ish. You can also run White Tyrant's Challenge Hard if you can learn his attacks. Very quick exp from him. Other than that, there's no point in grinding. Do your quests and you will need very little grinding. Also, for quests and equipment, farm your own stuff. You will get more levels that way as well.
