The "should have gotten everything in writing" is not an excuse, nor a justification. It's a merely a case of abuse of trust. You'll never be able to get everything in writing, much less planning almost 20 years into the future with that in mind.
Feminists can go to hell. :[
The man could have prevented this from happening. Just like the lawyer said
Sometimes people aren't really thinking about the legal ramifications.
There shouldn't be any abuse of trust because you shouldn't a create a situation for yourself where someone can easily stab you in the back.
I don't get why this topic title and other people in this thread are attacking feminists. I only see a woman who wants to get money by abusing this man's trust, not exactly a feminist. There's nothing wrong with being a feminist because there's nothing wrong in fighting for gender equality. You shouldn't insult feminists when you're really talking about feminazis.

You can prevent anything from happening if you can see into the future. Silly goose. x3

I don't hate femenists. I don't dislike 'em either.
Who I dislike are extremists of any kind. Gay activists, white power, black power, etc., etc. Extremism isn't good at all.
I'm all for women's rights. I just think it's a little offensive when some women put themselves above men because of those same women's rights they're so strongly fighting for.
We're all equal! Why degrade others?

Well, since he kind of brought it on himself, I can't feel much pity there. Sure, he got screwed over good, but that's what legal documents (IN WRITING) are for.
If I was a girl who got sperm from someone so naive, I think I'd have done the same just to teach him a lesson.
But that's just me.

I'd have to agree with Intex here. Under law, the "father" is the flawed one here since he didn't write everything down on legal documents.
Sure, one can demonize the mother for abusing the father's trust, but the fact remains, this wouldn't have happen if he took the time to write those papers. The court's not going on an implied moral code here to rule in favor of the father.

lmao
That's so wrong on so many levels.
If you saw someone drop their car keys, would you take them and steal the car just to teach him a lesson?

I mean legally sure he's screwed, but thats where our justice system really needs some work.
This whole situation is bs and the judges are all just being dickbags, while the woman is being another douchebag gold digger.
