Just lost 21k nx.

Shortly after the maintenance i spent 21k nx to buy my first major vindi "makeover" i tried buying it and it said it was saving, the game crashed, i got back on my nx is gone, and it says i have proof of purchase...but nothing in any one of my inventory's any clue where the hell my inner armor and that went?
also tried talking to the stupid cat thing about coupons, nothing there either.
