Using the "All Access Beauty Pass"

Purchase the item from the Supply Depot
Go to the Avatar Shop and select any Hair and/or Inner Armor that you see wish
Click on the "Purchase" button to bring up the completion window
Make sure that "Unlimited" is selected under the duration time for the item.
Complete the change by pressing the "Purchase Complete" button.
