  Yeah. The Loli lackadaisically softened them. The tail and the eyes could be sharper, but she likes the Wing and Scarf tip flames.

  Nope. Her wings (Yes, that's what those things on her back are.) are supposed to have flaming tips as well as the scarf. Almost like materialization. The eye is a little random, mostly for effect. And the tail is alternate for her real legs. (Being a Spook Fire and all)

  First thing: Fire needs to be hotter, and by that I mean brighter. If you look at the one HERE, it has a hot, white center.
  
  Second: The fire needs to go in one direction or it looks too random. It's really odd to have fire that curves downward in general. Fire is usually pointing up or diagonal (and still in a general upwards direction). The exceptions I can think of is if she's propelling herself from a certain direction (in which case all the fires should indicate that, not just the one under her skirt), or she s standing still, in which case I guess the fire under her skirt would be pointing sort of downward, and the rest would be pointing upward.
  
  P.S. I still see brush marks on the fire underneath her skirt, in case you want to hide those.
