Fiona armor puzzlement.

Why do i see level 61s in holy wing instead of shining will....its a tiny bit more defense at these downsides...

A lot more expensive to upgrade like 80k each try
246 attack less

I personally see the ability to upgrade your armor to 5+ and not rip your hair out at the price and getting a higher max damage more useful vs ...100-200? more defense

Lots of players just get sick of Shining Will and think Holy Wing looks cooler. Like how most Lanns wear Dark Crest (same stats as Holy Wing) instead of Sinister Plate (same stats as Shining Will). Personally, I prefer Swfithammer the most (Black hammer / swift hybrid), in terms of both stats and aesthetics. Lots of players would disagree with me. So in conclusion, it's mostly a thing of taste, change and aesthetics. Not to mention the Holy Wing set is more expensive and gives players a better opportunity to show off their e-pens.

I farmed for my shining will set and i love it, never getting rid of it or my jirkal (they match perfectly both a very pretty silver/white)

Ok, question two.

How more more max damage is swift than shining will?

and which items of my future swift set should i upgrade to black hammer eventually?

For optimum stats, it's best to go Hammer and leave either the gloves and the boots or the gloves and the helmet as swift. 1 str = 2.7 or so attack, I can't remember this figure exactly. Swifthammer hits about 690~ or so strength, while Shining Will hits 530 + 246 attack. Just by a rough estimate, swifthammer manages to nab around 100 or so extra attack. It's also got a lot more defense, however. Oh, but swifthammer is at its maximum potential if it's a hybrid set (so not full swift or black hammer but 2 swift pieces and 3 black hammer pieces or vice versa).

ok that sounds good...so after farming the mats for my black hammer....hammer

Swift set next
Black hammer all but boots and gloves after and i'm pretty much done for gear other than chiulin shield.

Haha, well one thing about the black hammer helm is that it looks pretty awful on Fionas. I'd recommend helm and gloves swift actually, but that's just in terms of aesthetics. I personally use helm and bottom as swift, because I'm too lazy to try to get fury on my swift gauntlets or to dye them. The combination really doesn't matter too much, as long as it's 3 black hammer 2 swift it's usually good.

so i could cheap out and keep swift top bottom and save a few days of spamming or a million or so in gold?

Yep. You'd have less str, but the differences shouldn't be that big. You'll have a little bit more will and agility though, I think. I'd go for aesthetics, but that's just me :P

Yeah, that's true, Looks like i'm stuck farming rescue for the next few months. The only good side is i need like 60 more bone fragments from black hammer for my set.....by that time i will have gotten at least half of the hammer pieces i need for my black long hammer from the heavy guard. And maybe the money to buy the other half x.x
Well that and i will probably hit level 70

Give it some time and then you'd see a Fiona in Vehemence (probably me at LVL 61 god help my wallet I need Fusion Runes).

Chuilin
DEF +3414, STR +583, AGI +130, WIL +117, Critical Resistance +50

Black hammer full set
DEF +3409, STR +618, AGI +201, WIL +114, Resistance +50

Its 30 strength and 70 agi loss but to me looks like it costs a lot less to make by market price of all items.

And actually... I think I answered my own question. the items for swift then black hammer....looks like it will cost 2-3x the price to make black hammer instead of chiulin for like 100-200 something more strength and 100 agi if you mix the sets 3 black 2 swift and i'll look like every other level 70 in maxed gear like that..

chiuilin is around 8m or so if i bought everything. and 4m if i just made my own exquisite iron ore from the superior iron ore i get from runs

14.27m for the full black hammer set. probably around 10m if i only do 3/2.

upgrading to just swift set costs me....6m

that's 2m more but it gives me the chance to farm for and upgrade any one of my armor pieces as i see fit.
I think it's best to ignore chiulin and just go for swift by my crappy math.

Just go with what you like the best? I honestly like the full Black Hammer or Chiulin set. I went with Chiulin, personally though. I managed to get a great-looking blue set for around 22mil?

I don't know about you, but I found holy wing armor on my main when farming titan daily, so I just went with what was cheap.
