  Personally I'm not a big fan of these cropped images.
  So other than the Nao or the Pan one, I can't really say I want any other one (the windmill one is comically awesome though).

  I kinda prefer the MN icon myself, but the Nao or Pan ones are ok too. If you want, I could modify the winning icon into an .ico for you if you need it. If I recall correctly, you can create a multi-dimensional (a.k.a icon size) .ico that can be used to display on the browser (16x16 pix) and on the desktop (32x32, 48,48 and 64x64 .ico). The 64x64 .ico only really works for Vista/Win7 though but it would be nice to look at a shortcut icon that's not heavily pixelated.

  That can work too, i usually just save the .gif to .ico and it works Dx it's how i made the one for my other website.
