Metal Extraction

  This is listed as a g10 s2 skill since we are getting a few of the g10s2 skills its possible we might get this also. I have a few questions for those who play overseas.
  
  How random is it to get a gem? Or is that dependant on rank?
  What does the new metals do? Zinc???
  How do I make diamonds with this? I would like to see if this is a good skill for making diamonds for ego food. Do people on foreign mabi's use this for that?

  zy just from my experience from reading korean forums, diamonds are not easy to come by.
  
  I once read this post ranting about how impossible it is to make 3 diamonds for rank 2 metal extraction or something

  Google translate helped me find the 3rd Metal Conversion video i've seen so far xD copper ingot -> silver ingot

  looked to be ~60% success
  even when all 4 areas were hit successfully on the spinny dealie
  the text was really fuzzy for me though xD
  i can't wait for this skill though :<

  mabi ingame recorder will pick up everything your soundcard is currently playing, not just stuff from mabi. they just happened to be listening to a song at the time they recorded it. :V
  
  fun fact: it records incoming skype conversation, too. :'D (though i don't think it records outgoing.)

  It's for immersion purposes.

  The skill gives mana as stats. So want or don't want I'm getting it as high as possible.
