Here in Rochester it only got into the high 90's.
I did a 20 minute walk to work and a 20 minute back from work.
Yes it was hot. But it was bearable. The key is stick to the shade and drink plenty of fluids.
A small fan on my desk is currently keeping me cool while I sip a bottle of nice cold water that's been in the refrigerator all day :tea:

You can't stay cool naturally in this weather. The human body internal temperature is supposed to be 37 degrees when you're healthy. It's almost 10 degrees hotter outside than your internal temp... your internal body heat can't escape outwards, but the heat from outside goes into your body (like leaving a cold glass of water out for a while).
